  • 1. A photo identification or (2) non-photo ID's
  • 2. Social Security Number or FCC Identification Number
  • 3. Original and a photocopy of your current license (if licensed)
  • 4. Any original valid CSCE's and a photocopy of each
  • 5. Radiotelegraph license, if held (see VE)
  • 6. Medical Exemption certificate (see VE)
  • 7. Exam fee is $14.00
  • 8. Check to ARRL/VEC in the amount of $14.00

Santa Rosa (SCRA) Blood Bank of the Redwoods: From Hwy 101, take Hwy 12 east toward Sonoma. Turn right onto Farmers Lane. Turn left onto Bennet Valley Road. Turn left on Bethards Drive. Please park on the street (parking lot is for blood donors).
Sonoma (VOMARC) Developmental Center, Glen Ellen: TALK-IN 145.350 - RPT AAA Map Sonoma County G1. From the south into Sonoma Valley take Hwy. 116 from Petaluma or Hwy. 37 to Hwy. 121, then to Hwy 116. Go north to Arnold Drive, toward Glen Ellen. When you enter the state hospital "SONOMA DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER" Eldridge, turn left past flashing light stop sign. Go west on Wilson to the McDougall Building. From the north, go south on Hwy 12 to Arnold Drive. Turn right, go through Glen Ellen to the state hospital "SONOMA DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER" Eldridge. One block past flashing light/stop sign, turn right on Wilson to the McDougall Bldg.
Sonoma (VOMARC) Sonoma Veterans Building, 126 First Street TALK IN 145.350 - RPT AAA Map Sonoma County G11 From the south take Hwy. 12 into Sonoma, Drive to the Plaza, Turn left, then right onto First Street West to #126. From the North, drive into Sonoma. As you reach the Plaza, turn left onto First Street West and go to #126.
Sonoma (VOMARC) Sonoma Fire Station, 2nd Street West TALK IN 145.350 - RPT AAA Map Sonoma County G11 From the south take Hwy. 12 into Sonoma, Drive to the Plaza, Turn left, then left onto Second Street West to the Fire Station. From the North, drive into Sonoma. Just before you reach the Plaza, turn right onto Second Street West and go to the Fire Station.
PETALUMA (SMRS) Petaluma - Kennelworth Youth Center.   Talk-in 146.910 - RPT   AAA Map Sonoma County. From 101 take, the E. Washington off-ramp, go WEST past ELLIS STREET, turn left at FAIRGROUNDS DRIVE (about 2 blocks from the freeway)  Next building past the Public Library is the Kennelworth Youth Center.
